Follow Up Appointment
Follow Up Appointments are intended for travelers who had already a full Travel Consultation and are returning to receive the recommended/required vaccinations and/or medications for their upcoming trip.
Do NOT book this appointment if you did not have a comprehensive Travel Consultation Appointment.
Specific Vaccine Appointment
Specific Vaccine Appointments are intended for Clients/Travelers who know which vaccine they need AND who do NOT require a Full Travel Consultation.
We provide all available travel vaccinations.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ PRIOR to Booking Specific Vaccine Appointment!
1. Clients/Travelers who require multiple (more than one vaccine) and/or Travel Medications for their upcoming trip will need to book a TRAVEL CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT.

2. Travelers who require for the Health Care Provider to review their Immunization/Vaccination Record to advise travelers as to which vaccines are still valid and/or which vaccines have expired will need to book a TRAVEL CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT.

The office visit fee of $15 will apply at the time of the appointment booking.
Please note: Travel Vaccines are NOT covered by OHIP.
We provide an official receipt that can be submitted to the Insurance for reimbursement.
TB Skin Testing
We do provide In-Clinic Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test for Employment and/or School Purposes:
Please note that you will be required to come back to the clinic in 48-72 hours for a Reading.
The office visit fee of $25 will apply at the time of the appointment booking.
We provide an official receipt that can be submitted to the Insurance for reimbursement.
